Welcome to Traveler, a digital tool for searching and creating volumetric files with 3D formats developed by the Traveler web version team.
Traveler Web Version is a tool designed to allow users to create their own volumtric content from their web browser, offering control over their digital tools and the data used. Traveler Web Version operates under principles of fairness, accountability, and privacy, where users have control over their information and what is stored.
By accessing or using the application, with or without an account, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of use of traveler Web Version/3D worlds. If you do not agree to the following terms, do not use the application.
1. Acceptance of the terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms, as well as the privacy policy and the collection of your submitted data. These terms constitute an agreement between you and Worlds Web Version.
2. Service features
The app functions as a volumetric files explorer and a multifunctional tool for creating navigable holographic environments. It allows users to:
- Create and store photos, 3D environments, and other volumetric content personally in their account
- Access and manage their stored virtual reality content
- Share the URL of their created volumetric files on their social media or other platforms
- In future versions, the app could expand to: share content in spherical virtual reality format within the app, allow the connection of special virtual reality hardware to simulate environmental phenomena, and the distribution of downloadable files for the materialization/printing of objects from the platform.
The app is designed as a platform‑neutral tool for the creation and consumption of virtual reality elements. No behavioral user data is collected, nor are there recommendation algorithms based on your activity on and off the app, nor are there any intrusive tracking; your experience is entirely under your control.
3. Registration and user accounts
To use the full functionality of the app, you must create a user account to store your created files and share them within and outside of the app. You agree to:
- Provide valid and complete information during the three‑step registration process, including your registration email, username, and profile picture.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your email accounts and be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Worlds Web Version account.
4. Ownership of user content and data
Ownership of User Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you create, upload, and post on and off the App, and you are responsible for your posts and their content.
- Non‑infringement: You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, ownership, and permissions to the User Content you upload to the Application under your account and that your use of the Content will not infringe the rights of any third party.
- The agreement ends when the user deletes their posts and all data, including their account, from the application's databases and storage services.
5. Data processing
- To use the full functionality of the application, you must allow the application to process files such as images captured with the device's camera, which will be processed with computer vision algorithms that detect visible objects and recognize structures to construct spherical images reproduced in 3D environments.
- You have the right and ability to modify, delete, or remove any personal information and files you have uploaded to the application from your account dashboard.
- When you decide to delete your account, all associated data, such as email, username, profile picture, posts, and tokens, are completely and permanently deleted from all databases and server storage at the time of deletion.
6. Responsibility for the application
- The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. There is no guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error‑free, secure, or compatible with all devices. You agree to use the application and its data even if it has any type of error or failure that affects its availability.
- To the extent permitted, Worlds Web Version will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other digital losses resulting from your access to or use of the application.
7. Development of the application and its functions
- The commitment of Traveler Web Version is to provide users with the digital tools to create and consume content in all existing virtual reality formats, as well as in the future. Future features, including connection to special hardware for simulating environmental phenomena for content such as video games or movies, and the realization and printing of products through file downloads, could be built on the same principles.
